Kehoulani Krimbill, Account Manager

After graduating from Alma College with a bachelor’s degree in Communication, I spent the next 10 years working my way up the ladder at a small marketing agency; from a part-time sales role to managing accounts, and eventually leading the team as Creative Director. I worked with a range of clients, including higher education, B2B, agriculture, and nonprofits. These experiences have given me a unique perspective that allows me to approach challenges with a well-rounded, strategic mindset.

What’s your average day like at Oneupweb?

Each morning starts with coffee and industry news. As an Account Manager, I’m always bouncing between internal and external communications, making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. I’m along every step of the way from a business goal to the deliverable and reporting. I love that the average day here is never average.

What do you like most about Oneupweb?

My favorite thing about Oneupweb is the people. Everyone here – from the team to the clients we partner with – has this X factor that I can’t quite put my finger on, but it makes working with them truly enjoyable. If you know, you know.

What do you do when you’re not at work?

I love making things – crafts, gifts, art, baked goods, you name it. I also love consuming things – music, podcasts, movies, baked goods. Thanks to working in the video production side of agencies, I’m really into watching movies and picking apart how they made it.

What are life’s simple pleasures?

Describe yourself in three words?
