New Music Tuesday: BBQ Jams

Posted on in Blog

Ahhh summer time. We made it through another Northern Michigan winter – not to say that I don’t like winter, but after six months of freezing air, frozen pipes, frost bitten toes (no joke!) and cloudy days, I’m ready for the summer!

While Northern Michigan can have some harsh winters, we are also known for our above-average summers! Patio drinking, bare feet, beach volleyball, corn hole, campfires and my favorite: backyard BBQ’s! That’s right, BBQ season is upon us! Time to fire up that grill, pull out the kiddie pool, grab a drink and crank up the music.

Because nothing sets a backyard ambiance better than some good music, here are 10 of my BBQ faves. I would recommend kicking back and cranking up these tunes, then closing your eyes. Just feel your skin absorb the all-natural vitamin D, smell the burgers cooking and stay refreshed with an ice-cold beer (or lemonade). How can it get any better than this?

Cheers,
