Now Hiring a Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager who sees themselves as a strategic partner within our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. Your expertise in human resources practices, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives will contribute to the success of our organization by ensuring the development and well-being of our employees. Active involvement in professional HR networks such as SHRM and TAHRA are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, create job descriptions, and conduct effective candidate assessments.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and leadership on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Oversee employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and professional growth.
- Ensure fair and competitive compensation and benefits programs, conducting salary benchmarking and managing the benefits administration process.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
- Administer employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws, HR practices, and industry trends, adapting HR policies and practices accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with HR software systems for HRIS, payroll, performance management, and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information and situations with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze HR data and metrics to support business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate HR policies and procedures effectively to employees and managers.
